About Our Practice
Dr. Bushman has been in practice for thirty six years. Dr. Bushman is also certified in nutritional response testing and spinal decompression traction therapy for spinal disc and degenerative conditions. We always offer a free consultation to new patients to determine if we can help your condition. Trial programs of care are always offered to insure that proper outcomes are achieved during your care. Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
We are a high tech, high touch office. We offer spinal decompression traction for both cervical and lumbar disc problems. This service is also usually covered by your health insurance. We offer x-rays, manual and instrument chiropractic adjustments. We offer therapeutic modalities including ultra sound electrical stimulation, hot and cold packs and distraction therapy. We also offer computerized foot scans and provide orthotics based on these foot scans.
We are located on the west side of Bearded Hill. The lower level of our building is reserved for chiropractic, while the upper level is for acupuncture and nutrition testing.

Financial
Payment is due at the time of your chiropractic appointment. We accept most major credit and debit cards. When applicable, we also accept insurance coverage from leading private insurance carriers. We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Humana, PHCS, Cigna, Aetna, Federal Blue Cross, Medicare, and others. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. On the first visit, we always attempt to determine your insurance coverage prior to receiving care. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.
We also offer two finance options. We offer a 24 month no interest plan and an extended payment plan up to 48 months. Or if you need more time, you can set up repayment for up to 60 months. We do also offer CareCredit to patients if needed.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
